When you submit content to litokam you simultaneously grant litokam an irrevocable, worldwide, royalty free license to publish, display, modify, distribute and syndicate your content worldwide. You confirm and warrant that you have the required authority to grant the above license to litokam.
The Terms of Use will continue to apply in perpetuity until terminated by litokam without notice at any time and for any reason. Terms by their nature that are to continue in perpetuity shall be unaffected by any termination.

litokam may include hyperlinks to third-party content, advertising or websites. You acknowledge and agree that litokam is not responsible for and does not endorse any advertising, products or resource available from such resources or websites.
You expressly understand and agree to submit to the personal and exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the country, state, province or territory determined solely by litokam to resolve any legal matter arising from the Terms of Use or related to your use of the litokam website. If the court of law having jurisdiction rules that any provision of the agreement is invalid, then that provision will be removed from the Terms of Use and the remaining terms and conditions will continue to be valid in full force and effect.
You understand and agree that the Terms of Use constitute the entire agreement between you and litokam. You may be subject to additional terms and conditions when you use, purchase or access other services, affiliate services or third-party content or material.
litokam reserves the right to modify the Terms of Use from time to time at our sole discretion and without any notice. Changes to the Terms of Use will become effective on the date they are posted on the litokam website and your continued use of the litokam website after any changes will signify your agreement to be bound by such new terms and conditions.
Please do not dispose of old electrical waste with your general household waste, as it is unlikely to be recycled and will generally end up in a landfill or be incinerated. litokam cooperates with authorized recycling organizations that undertake recycling in lieu of manufacturers to ensure litokam WEEE materials and/or products are recycled in a manner that complies with the WEEE directive or related legislation and regulations.
litokam passes the obligation and responsibilities of disposal of all our products onto our customers.
